Among the goals of the Egyptian Arab Futures Research Association, which is publicized according to Civil Associations Law No. 149 of 2019, is the goal of learning the public opinion from the Arab Republic of Egypt (ARE), and its Arab, Middle Eastern, and African neighborhood states, regarding the current new and emerging life transformations and challenges, joint consideration of the options available to deal with it, in its current and future situations.
Forward to new visions that have future foresight applications Among these transformations and current challenges of today, and in the second half of 2020, the emerging and renewed global health corona pandemic threatening the lives of human societies and the survival of human civilization.
Toward it, we need to transcend the immediate momentary jerk and the hasty emotional submission to what some of us dictate to us. Rather, we need to provide insights that are deeper, broader, and comprehensive informed and rational visions that have future life applications

In doing so, we do not address a specific category of citizens, but rather our public opinion. We explore the opinion and vision of our citizens about five possible scenarios (perceptions) of the health, economic and social repercussions resulting from the covidian pandemic. By doing so, we save for ourselves and the decision-makers in our homeland, and other nations close to us. From our Arab homeland, Middle East, African and Mediterranean neighborhood, and perhaps the international community as a whole. We provide them with ways to rationalize the decision-making process in order to achieve an access to best options.

Our methods and disciplines in the research questionnaire presented today, include the widening of the vision and the multiplicity of its horizons from the reality of the present and the trends of its events, to the possibilities of the future and the multiplicity of its possibilities. We take into consideration the practical application of the methods and techniques of the future research methodology.
We have preferred that our language be the classical Arabic, confirming our belonging and respect for our identity and our clear Arabic tongue. So, our brothers who say and call for colloquialism under the pretext of ease and convenience, excuse us our brothers.

Our research applications and their practical results show us that the first thing that stands out, in terms of monitoring information and analyzing the trends that exist today in light of the nineteenth SARS-COVID-19 pandemic, is the fourth and fifth generation of global conflicts in which humanity lives today, and even lived it long ago. Among these wars are biological germ warfare, the cyber informational, and the chemical-chemitrile warfare.
